Welcome to my Terms of Service! (TOS)

By commissioning me, you ("the Client") agree to abide by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before sending a payment.
1. General Info & Contact

2. Commission Process

1) Inquiry: Client receives TOS and fills out commission form.
2) Review: I review the request and confirm if I can take the commission.
3) Quote & TOS: I provide a final price quote based on complexity and share a link to my Terms of Service (once again, if they haven't already read it).
4) Approval: Client confirms they have read and agree to my TOS (the first time is in the commission form).
5) Payment: I send an invoice for 50% upfront. Work begins once payment is received.
6) Sketching: I provide a rough sketch for approval. This is the time for major changes (pose, expression, composition).
7) Rendering: After sketch approval, I proceed to coloring and shading.
8) Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due before the final image is sent.
9) Final Delivery: Client receives the final high-resolution PNG file via Email or Google Drive.
3. Payment

- Currency: USD

- Accepted Methods: Paypal

- Upfront Payment: As stated above, 50% is required before I start working. The remaining balance is due before the final high-resolution image is sent.

- Fees: The client is responsible for any transfer fees (e.g., PayPal Goods & Services fee).
4. Prices & Revisions

Revisions:
- Sketch Stage: Unlimited major revisions (e.g., pose, expression, composition) are free.
- Colored Stage: One free round of minor revisions (e.g., color adjustments, small detail fixes). Major changes after this point may require an additional fee.
- Final Stage: Once the final image is delivered, no further revisions are included in the original price.
5. Refunds & Cancellations

- Before Sketch: Full refund (minus any transaction fees).

- After Sketch Approval: If the client cancels, the 50% upfront payment is non-refundable as it covers the work already done.

- During Rendering: If the client cancels, refunds are issued only for the work not yet completed. The 50% upfront payment is considered a cancellation fee to cover the time spent.

- Artist Right to Cancel: I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time due to inappropriate requests, harassment, or inability to complete the work. In this case, a full refund will be issued for any work not yet delivered.

- No Chargebacks: If a client initiates a chargeback on a payment without first attempting to resolve the issue with me, I reserve the right to cease all work and pursue all available remedies.
6. Delivery & Deadlines

- Estimated Completion: After the first 50% installment is paid, the sketch will be completed within 3-7 days. Once the sketch is approved, an invoice for the remaining 50% will be sent. This payment is required before the final high-resolution file is delivered. The estimated turnaround time for the final artwork is 2-4 weeks.

- Communication: I will provide progress updates at sketch, base colors, and rendering.

- Delay: If I am running late due to illness or emergency, I will notify the client immediately to discuss a new deadline.

- File Format: Final art will be delivered via Email or Google Drive as a high-resolution PNG file at 300 DPI.
7. Client & Artist Rights (Copyright/Usage)

Artist Rights: I, the Artist, retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to:

- Publish the artwork in my portfolios, on social media, and in galleries.
- Use the artwork for self-promotion.

Client Rights: You, the Client, are purchasing the right to:

- Personal Use Only: Display the artwork on your personal profiles, websites, and devices. Use it as icons, banners, etc., with credit given where possible.
- Printing: You may print the artwork for personal use only.
- You MAY NOT: Use the artwork for commercial purposes (selling prints, merchandise, etc.), claim it as your own, remove my signature, or use it to train AI.

(Optional - Commercial Use) Commercial Rights: If you wish to use this art for commercial purposes (e.g., logos, merchandise, book covers), please contact me for a separate quote. Commercial use requires an additional fee.
8. Agreement

By proceeding with payment, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to all the terms listed above.
